Our slimline range of windows are designed to fit within an existing timber frame. Often the existing timber windows will have frames that fit within the brick cavities of older houses, rendering the removal a dusty, noisy affair with the risk of damage to plaster reveals and brick work. Often leading to additional costs of employing further trades to make good.
Provided the existing exterior frame is sound enough to use, we can design a traditional sash, casement, awning casement or sliding window with a slim profile frame to fit within. Once beading has been fitted to the interior and exterior of the window and painted, it can be hard to tell it’s not a part of the original window.
